Pros

Great workplace in central Copenhagen Nice colleagues - young and energic atmosphere Cool products, industry and vision Dedicated people across the organization Good place to learn and grow

Cons

High employee turnover and many gaps in the organizations. Lots of organizaitonal changes and strategic turnarounds. Small budgets are causing a constant need for prooving the value of everything and everyone. Teams has a strong focus on own goals but are not always keen on supporting and recognizing other teams they are to colloborate with. Managers tends to ignore employees that are doing the actual work and favor those dedicated to promote their ideas without raising questions. There is a big gap between what management says in townhalls and the reality - lots of empty words and fluffy statments.

Pros

Great Comp. Package Remote Liked immediate team members Tool access Innovative

Cons

High role responsibilities and expectation without providing the resources to achieve the KPI's. Very toxic work culture. People get fired for no reason on a daily basis that have been veterans even. It was sad to see so many people leave and just watch people wake up to an unexplained meeting with HR that they will suddenly not have a job to feed their family. Leadership has an extremely high turnover due to this and leaves the team often swimming above water. Leadership promoted to replace previous directors are never qualified and the atmosphere is quite toxic and high-school cliques. I actually enjoyed my work itself, but chose to depart. They try 'too hard' to push the diversity and inclusion aspect of the work environment rather than having and keeping qualified people.
