Pros

It’s definitely a coincidence that all the glowing ‘Pros’ were posted on the exact same date.

Cons

It’s difficult to take some of the overly positive reviews at face value, as many sound remarkably similar and seem to downplay legitimate concerns. During my time there, several employees, including long-term team members, raised concerns about compensation not aligning with current market rates. Those who spoke up were sometimes dismissed, creating the impression that advocating for fair, competitive pay was viewed negatively by management. This contributed to an environment where employees felt discouraged from raising concerns about compensation or fairness, which in turn lowered morale and increased turnover. There also appeared to be inconsistencies in how newer hires were compensated compared to existing staff, further contributing to employee dissatisfaction. While the company states that it values its employees, I personally witnessed several abrupt terminations, including cases where individuals who had provided 2 weeks notice were asked to leave immediately.

Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience here. The leadership team is supportive, the culture is collaborative, and there are real opportunities for growth if you’re willing to work for them. I’ve noticed some negative reviews that don’t reflect my experience or the reality of the workplace. In several cases, these reviews came from people who were let go for serious reasons—like theft, not meeting job expectations, or even creating defamatory videos about previous coworkers. The company is clear about pay and performance, and expecting a 30% raise without merit, or having the company pay your taxes on your multi thousand dollar thank you bonus isn’t realistic anywhere. If you value integrity and want to be part of a team that’s focused on doing good work, this is a great place to be.

Cons

Like any job in the service industry, clients can create stress. There is an on-call rotation for after hours, and it does include holidays, but we are compensated fairly to do it.

Pros

Friendly coworkers and a consistent schedule.

Cons

Leadership created a stressful work environment. Employees were often expected to take on responsibilities outside their stated job duties without additional support. Communication from management could be unprofessional at times, and I felt employee concerns were not always respected or valued.
