Production - Machine Operator 3rd Gen Machine Employee Review

This was a great place to work with good management and opportunities to work hard and make some great things. It was really sad to see them go out of business, but we wish them the best as they rebuild. The transition was done as well as could be to make sure that all were taken care of.

Company no longer in business.

Some flexibility in the schedule. not very difficult.

Too many students working there. the company needs a little more back bone(experienced workers). making mistakes can be very stressful and easy to do. Environment gets a little stressful due to uncoordinated shifts and late products. The owner does not support the policies of his managers by giving contradictory instructions to lower level employees. Growing pains. The company is trying to figure out how to handle growth. Procedures are not followed the same from shift to shift.
