Horrible management - Anonymous employee 4 Rivers Equipment Employee Review

This place will treat you great until you get hired. Then your management will not train you. You will have to learn everything on your own. The management is very abusive with there employees there is nobody to turn to because corporate doesn’t care. Even the HR department doesn’t care how your treated. They work you like a horse and give you no compensation and you get no recognition. If you want to be verbally abused and unappreciated this is the job for you.
