management doesn't give a rip about the techs. it's over 90 degrees inside the shop in the summer and we barely have fans. no Porta Cools or anything. But they will spend a crap ton of money re painting the show room and parts area. But they don't care that we are dieing in the shop. we don't even have water in the shop, you have to walk to the other side of the branch to fill your water bottle. this is the only shop I have worked in, in this state that doesn't have Porta Cools or AC. And the shop exhaust fan has been broken since I started here and they won't fix it either.
