      They don’t focus or mandate their employees to wear PPE

      Cons

      Management is below par. Very unprofessional store manager. They don’t do regular performance reviews for raises or promotion even though they say they will during the hiring process. All of the shops/shop equipment is old/worn and in general need of repair or replacement.

      The people make this company the best. While there are challenges in our jobs, the fun is working through and figuring out the best solution for our customers and coworkers.

      Overwhelm you with to much work for one person and dont give enough training to complete your job to the fullest
