Pros

Small, but growing tech company. I say this as a Pro because I've worked for billion dollar companies where you're just an employee #. This company allows you to grow and wear many different hats you wouldn't normally in a large corporate company.

Cons

Cons would be more outside the office team building, I think that would benefit any company to where you get everyone out of the office and truly get to know one another.

The fast-paced environment keeps things interesting and creates constant learning opportunities. You quickly build a well-rounded and highly marketable skill set. There are also strong internal growth opportunities. Hard work is recognized, and advancement is possible — I was personally promoted, which shows the company values developing talent from within. Travel is another unique benefit. We get the opportunity to visit different states and cities to support clients on-site, which keeps the job exciting. The company takes great care of employees while traveling, ensuring accommodations and logistics are handled professionally so you feel supported and valued. Overall, it’s a dynamic, growth-oriented environment with strong leadership, great coworkers, and clients who genuinely appreciate the partnership.

Cons

Like most MSP environments, the pace can be fast and sometimes demanding. Priorities may shift quickly depending on client needs, so flexibility is important. If someone prefers a very predictable day-to-day routine, this environment could feel challenging at times. Because you support multiple clients and technologies, workloads can occasionally feel heavy — especially during major projects or urgent issues. However, that intensity also contributes to professional growth and experience. Travel, while a great perk, can require time away from home and family depending on scheduling.

Pros

Great work culture. Good place to learn diffrent tech with high veriety of clients. Great work with you work life balance. Good place to bring ideas and help grow the company. Good compensation. Never a dull moment. Great outlet to be socialble with clients.

Cons

Still small but is growing, But plenty to do. A lot of information at once, but also fun having challenge.
