Stay away - Anonymous employee 42dot Employee Review

The silicon valley office of 42dot is treated like a second class citizen of the company. We are actively kept out of decision making, our ideas are regularly stolen (poorly), and we are not given the headcount, budget, or resources to be successful. The architectures and work being done in Korea are unsafe, do not follow normal automotive processes or standards, and they do not care or will strongly push back if anyone from silicon valley tries to bring it up. Leadership until now is a bad joke, time will tell if the new CEO can turn it around, but they have their work cut out for them.
