The owner and managers understand that we are people and are flexible with our personal needs- i.e.- kid getting sick The owner and execs highly encourage individuals to continue learning and growth. They also allow room for individuals to grow professionally in areas that that are of interest to the individual. This company is steadily growing and will have room for more and more various types of roles and therefore present more career opportunities. Overall a great environment to work. Everyone is respectful of each other and it is a pretty relaxed culture, but still productive. We provide a high level of customer service to our clients. We work to serve our customers. Fortunately, many of our clients are very friendly and wonderful to work with.
