Pros
When you weigh things up... the only pro is the nice car, as you can earn more money in other sales fields given the amount of hours you put in.
Cons
4com... more like 4con, I worked as a field sales executive. They hire anywhere between 6-10 executives at the time, and they'll keep 1 or two of them... the others they'll let go weekly to keep everyone on their toes. When out In the field they offer very little training on the actual product. I managed to last longer than most. But realistically you'll be gone in a couple months. Also don't expect to be paid commission after they let you go... they will make up some excuse why all your commission is wiped out. My advice, stay away from this company... the basic seems nice, but you'll be doing 70+ hours a week, and commission is awful, of 6k commission that was meant to be paid I got a grand total of 270 pound extra. From 120k+ capital written for the business. The contracts you'll be signing their customers up too will be life unless they can afford to spend 40+k to buy out the contract. My advice... do yourself a favour stay away from this company... there's plenty of other sales companies out there where you can earn a lot more and be treated with respect rather than mocked and belittled. Don't be fooled by the big basic... this is a bad company to work for I have a few friends who own their own businesses and I wouldnt dream of letting them sign a 4com contract.
