- Friendly & professional atmosphere - medium sized company 45+ employees, which means you get to know everyone - Established - 4D has been trading as a data centre operator for over 10 years and has a good industry reputation - Entrepreneurial environment - it's a technical business that is always looking forward and trying new things - Great technical experience - as well as being a data centre, 4D is a cloud provider and ISP, which means you get a lot of exposure to a lot of different technologies - Fun - 4D organises regular Summer and Christmas parties as well as smaller group activities throughout the year - Not central London - if you live outside London (Surrey or Sussex) then not having to commute into central London to work for a data centre company is great

- Not central London - quite a lot of staff drive in, so drinking sessions mid-week are rare, unless organised by the company - Not good if you're lazy - because it's not a massive company, if you don't pull your weight, there's nowhere to hide
