- Great R&D Manager, who guide what you need to do. - However, I worked in some certain special position for CCO, so there were a lot of changes going on. (If you speak Chinese or Chinese people good luck to work for them.) - Great co-workers. - Great benefits in health insurance, 401 K.
Cons
- The company needs a system to be done as organization. - Superior does a lot of micromanaging that doesn't have to do with what you need to do.
