      No Good Things to Mention.

      Cons

      1) Whoever joins management force new joinees to sign Bond for 2-3 yrs 2) Management Team force New Joinees to surrender their all their Originals till Bond Period gets over. 3) No Process & Policy in place. 4) No Cafeteria 5) No Breakfast, Lunch facility in Office 6) No one can enter MD's cabin without permission from Admin GM. 7) No Work Life Balance 8) No career growth, since their is no succession planning mechanism 9) No Vision & Mission of the Company 10) Typical Localized Company. No Culture Diversity.

      Pros

      No good reasons to join, even if you join, your life is smash by your self only.

      Cons

      No salaries from last one year, if employee wants to leave the company also, company will not allow because of so many worest policies like bond and certificates with us, If bond period also completes, they are not allowing the relieve because KT, no body is there to take KT from employee, Management said, you have to be with company till new employee will join then you have to give KT to him then you can leave.
