No process / work culture / ethics / hike. The management does not tell you about 2-3 yrs bond & certificate submission until the day you come to join the company and then you will have no other option than to do as they tell you to. You will not be noticed even if you work hard there. You have to work late nights and have to come on time the next day to the office. You can survive if you can boast the management. The CEO has a cotary to whom only he listens and communicates to and MD maintains spies. He speaks of the head of the cotary as an example for an ideal employee. The funny thing is this "head of the cotary" gets blasted almost everytime by the CEO. You never have the opportunity to meet the CEO unless this cotary head allows you to. Heard that only the cotary head responds to you on behalf of the CEO. Donno if the cotary head really speaks CEO's words and communicates your words to the CEO properly. Even if no salary is paid for long time (almost 6 months 1 year also as per current situation), the bond and notice period exists and you have to pay the bond breakage amount (6 months salary). They create environment (or even humiliate/provoke you) that you by yourself will leave the company without asking your pending salary for the fear of your future and proper relieving. But heard that, a seniormost employee (6-7 yrs job here) had no other option than to leave the company just like that and left behind his pending salary (about 6-7 months) and service after frustated with the cotary headand the MD's behaviour/response to requests to financially support him in the event of huge amount of pending salary. Even his mails went unanswered (only the cotary head speaks but not replies to mails). If you join this company, you see NO future.
