      Working for 4PX is like you are working in China, Only 3 Chinese are in full control and nobody else has any say in anything. They can do whatever they want and nobody can challenge them. Managing Director(Chinese) has to authorise even if you have to buy anything for your site of £1 value, he can dismiss anyone without giving any reason, over all its just a waste of your time and skills to work for 4PX

      Pros

      nothing really, only coworkers on the ground are okay

      Cons

      They fire you without any reason and dont care about you schedule or daily life outside of the company. you miss your fired and then they use a temp company to compensate the lack of employee they need to pay directly . even the temp agencies say its the most difficult account they dealt with. Rude office staff if your not Asian and not from china they treat you very different.
