.Most the colleagues within the 1st line IT team were nice and friendly and willing to help out with any issue
Cons
.Upper management seems to be very unprofessional that bully around the workplace using offensive and derogatory terms around the office is a common even on their own employees since it is like a boys club along with some of them being very narcissistic towards the core members of the 1st line team
