      Pros

      Top notch ED, high exposure to the nonprofit sector, mostly good people. Great learning opportunity.

      Cons

      They don't treat their staff well, and do not pay well, They talk about equity and inclusion but in reality gave hard time to people of color. They are much more focused on revenues than on people.
