The founding partners came out of the big retail world (malls, etc.) and have struggled at times to pivot to new things at the end of their careers.

Collaborative environment that allows for a lot of personal growth. The partners are good about giving relasonabilities to young staff and rewarding them for succeeding. Great healthcare benefits. (100% of employees premiums)

Projects tend to have small scopes when can create a bit of a roller coaster schedule. Not too bad though. Work weeks tend to me manageable from an hours stand point. Pay is slightly lower than average. 401k match could be larger.
