Worst management - Do not care about loyal hardworking employees, they prefer to dismantle the teams composed of hardworking employees and keep the toxic employees. Benefits are the worst- compensation and benefits are not worth the excessive hours they ask for. Questionable future after COVID-19 - I currently work here but I am actively looking to move somewhere else where there is more stability. The management seems to care more about themselves and the toxic employees rather than the hard working employees and the company itself. Basically its a chaos. They laid off a large number of good employees, even the team that generated more revenue to the company got completely dismantled. The odd part was that when they were getting rid of employees they were actually hiring people for the for the same team, completely unethical and creating internal issues. I frankly feel this company is really hurt after the pandemic, I would recommend my fellow architects to avoid this company!!!!!!
