Pros

The new office has elevated the work experience. There are still a few kinks to iron out it seems but the overall vibe is noticeably better. You can feel the shift in momentum too. The CEO and leadership team are leaning in, communicating more, and genuinely pushing the agency forward. There’s a renewed sense of direction and possibility that’s exciting to be part of.

Cons

It is agency life. It’s fast-paced, highly responsive, and very “always-on.” If that kind of environment fuels you, you will thrive. If not, it may feel intense. Expectations are high, and the work moves quickly.

Pros

If you thrive on freedom and independence (i.e. little micro management), this is a place for you. I've found in working here for a number of years that we have the freedom to excel, grow into new roles, and advance careers - but it's all a choice! There's also a nice balance between working hard and work/life balance, which I value tremendously.

Cons

Mostly NYC based as an agency, very few office locations outside of NY.

Pros

Some great relationships made here. There are some great teams as well. It’s a very hands-on environment, with opportunities to be involved across different areas of the business. You gain a wide range of experience quickly.

Cons

The culture at this company is deeply challenging and, at times, discouraging. Favoritism is prevalent, which creates an uneven and often unfair work environment. Regardless of your level, employees are frequently treated as though they are at the bottom of the hierarchy, with little respect or support. There are clear instances where certain individuals are held to different standards, despite low output and behavior that negatively impacts others, which management continues to overlook. Senior management is aware of the environment, at least some of them, yet little action is taken to address it. As a result, both employee and client turnover remain high, which speaks to broader systemic problems within the organization. This is a difficult place to grow or feel valued.
