      Flexible work from home lifestyle. Nice management.

      Cons

      Not looking at the roadmap and hiring more then they should, which caused waves of turnover. No growth potential or new opportunities within the company. Horrible 401K with no match.

      Great team and collaboration between cross functional teams. Company listened to the CSM team I’m regard to what our customers were saying and needing improvement on.

      Fast growing company during Covid, making process non existent.
