Pros
The culture at 72Point is great. Everyone is friendly, hard working and fun to be around. There is great recognition among the company and some exceptional talent. You get to work with some very exciting clients and can take ownership of your job role (no micro managing). It's also great exposure to the media and national press. It's a great place to learn from the best and really understand how news coverage works, without having to go down the route of journalism - which is a bonus in my opinion. Friday Food Day is a winner.
Cons
Despite being a growing company with exciting plans, career development isn't as black and white. Performance reviews aren't very often so it is a little grey as to where your career is heading.
