Pros

Not a one to be found

Cons

They will lie to your face about the opportunities that are available for anything ahead of you. Applying for a certain role means nothing. You WILL start as a commission based brand ambassador, the very bottom level, from the first day. Despite them stating they offer benefits, that is only allowed for managerial positions. Which, I might add, can take anywhere from the minimum of 3 months to a year, with no proper roadmap. Only one that depicts a "rough draft" of a map. Meaning that allotted timeframe is without promised income nor even the slightest of benefits. All while the company make s you take your own car, pay your own gas without the promise of a sale or compensation of any kind. Yet again meaning, if you don't "sale" then you have no income. As well, the "training" is simply, "Here's the material, we'll out you in the field who is also commission based and you'll go from there" thus causing a very competitive feel to just the training alone. Giving the sense of urgency to yourself due to the trainer showing more interests in acquiring their paycheck vs. helping the newer employees. I have waited some time to post the review in the hopes of myself staying protected. I would not recommend the environment nor the work to anyone. This is in all actuality a Pyramid Scheme at the root
