Pros
Solid group of people who care and work well together. Good comp and benefits. Easy access to senior leadership. Not many others in the industry doing what they do, so a lot of upward opportunity if they can figure out the execution.
Cons
A lot of choices and changes of direction that felt reactionary, rather than proactive. Some choices felt made out of convenience, rather than slowing down and making the right choice. Teams felt under-resourced and not always set up for success.
