And these values are also reflected in the customer relationships they have built. You are given opportunities to learn new skills and also apply your expertise on projects on a daily basis, and the level of team work is second to none in the face of celebratory moments as well as difficult situations. A heart-warming and confidence-raising factor is the number of team members who have been with the business for 5-10 years+ and have grown into various roles.

This is definitely not a con unique to 8Common. Current times have hindered the ability to embrace the full team culture I have been told there once was. But I do see that improving with initiatives being taken by the management team.
