Pros
Some really fun clients (if they even still have them). Some people here are nice and smart. Decent benefits compared to other companies. Summer Fridays, lots of company holidays (week between Christmas and New Year off), match 3% on 401k.
Cons
CEO is completely tone-deaf and acts like he hates his employees. He gets mad when people ask about basic benefits, like PTO and work from home. Threatened to take away summer Fridays if people don't start coming into the office 2-3x a week, but still tries to push "remote-first" narrative. Leadership doesn't support DEI initiatives but uses it for new business. It feels super dirty. CEO wanted to promote the police week during Black History Month??? They laid off most of the committee any ways. Speaking of, sneaky layoffs every month. If they lay off 2-3 people a month, means they don't have to tell anyone or talk about it! Legacy employees from pre-merger are the rudest, egotistical people you'll ever meet. They are extremely rude to everyone, especially newer departments, and are running the place to the ground. Stuck in their ways and doing horrible, boring work because they can get away with anything. Losing all their clients and can't get new ones. Very clear they only value certain departments. You won't matter or see career growth if you're not in the creative or account department. Raises don't happen here.
