      Pros

      Exceptional management team. You take control of your work rather than being told what you want to do. If you want to work for a company that takes pride in their recruiting team, I don't see any other firm beating At Orchard.

      Cons

      Nothing to complain about if you are organized and able to complete your tasks. There has never been an unrealistic goal set by the management team.
