Pros
@Orchard is a woman-owned small business with expertise in talent acquisition and as a Federal contractor. @Orchard provides recruiting and staffing solutions to all types of commercial firms, as well as staffing resources on government projects in technical and functional roles. For a small firm it has great benefits and treats its staff fairly.
Cons
Like many small firms @Orchard has had to deal with post-Covid volatility combined with the impact for many of our clients caused by the interest rate policy drying up cash for R&D. This has slowed growth for the firm, but things are looking better for 2024.
