      Pros

      The staff was nice, amazing leads and BCBAs love the kids.

      Cons

      Where do I start? The chief of operations Jay, Is an absolute pervert. He flirts with every woman there, and everybody in the office, knows about it and talks about it. But he’s married to the other owner and it’s a family business so you can’t even report him. And he’s not flirting with you he’s making fun of how you are dressed or laughing at the employees misfortunes. He also gets his packages shipped to the office to show employees his new Gucci and designer items. He’s cocky, rude and disrespectful. They even took him off of the company website. So many employees have complained but like I said, it’s a family business so they will just replace employees.

      Pros

      ACC is a wonderful company to work for. I joined this company with ZERO experience in ABA. I was fully trained and had amazing support by my team and management. They are very accommodating and genuinely care about their people. Absolutely amazing place, if you’re looking for a sign to apply, let this be it!!

      Nothing to complain or worry about! Truly a wonderful place to work and grow at.

      Pros

      - ABA Clinic Manager had tons of experience and was always very helpful. - Other fellow RBT's were always very helpful and made the environment and the clinic worth working at

      Cons

      - Constant changes in policy with no notice to adjust - Upper management is very quick to give up on RBT's and not listen to the input of those who work in the clinic numerous hours a week. - Upper management doesn't appreciate the people that keep the company running without RBT's no revenue would come in and it seems like that's all they care about.
