The biggest downside is the management. Due to poor organization, the communication is quite weak and it seems to be that most people are not aware of what is going on at the company strategy-wise. A lot of employees do not know what the company's values are, and are on a different page from one another. It is also troubling when junior level employees are often teaching upper management about standard business practice. And lastly, because it is a smaller private company, do not expect corporate professionalism.
