Great company, very loyal, great benefits, great co-workers

Nothing comes to mind... great company

The company has been established and in business for over 25 years. In the Utah Valley 360 magazine, A Plus Benefits was recently recognized as the #1 Payroll Service company. Our leaders have created a positive, collaborative, and fun company's culture. They encourage creativity, teamwork, and a work-life balance . They are always giving back to their employees whether it is monthly lunches, free fountain drinks, employee lounge area, Fitbit, movie night, holiday parties, employer paid benefits, and the list goes on. The employees are hands down AWESOME! The employees often do fitness challenges, go on walks together (cross departmental), and can be found enjoying lunch together in the break room or in the employee's lounge playing a game of ping-pong or Foosball. The employee routinely seek ways to support one another and genuinely care about the company, clients, and each other.

There will always be challenges no matter where you work and I believe that my happiness starts with me. I have a choice and I choose to look for ways that I can contribute, motivate, and create positive change when a challenge is placed before me. To have an employer that encourages you is a pretty awesome feeling. Reality is, there may not be a perfect company to work for, but I have to be honest ...A Plus Benefits is pretty close to it.
