Pros
Proactive and caring management. Friendly coworkers. Monthly lunches and awards. Company picnics and parties. Good pay for work required. Management really cares about their clients and will do everything within reason to keep them satisfied. Everyone genuinely seems happy at this company. Great location and climate. I was sad to leave such a cool place to work.
Cons
Most people work 5am to 1:30pm, the rest work 7am to 3:30pm. This is due to most of the contacts you work with being located on the east coast. I was fine with this, but beware if you are not a morning person.
