I have worked with A.R. Mazzotta for many years and have always had a great experience. Finding myself between jobs due to lay-offs and faced with an over-qualified/under-qualified situation my job search was nothing but challenging. After signing up with many agencies it was suggested I contact A.R. Mazzotta. This was the best decision! The recruiters in the Wallingford office worked hard to present me to companies which would utilize my skills. They helped hiring managers to see past my previous job titles and understand that I was willing to start in an entry level position. In took a little bit of time, but the team set up interviews and placed me in several temp assignments over the years. The assignments gave me great experience to add to my resume and opened the door to my current position.
