A&R had amazing benefits and employee culture when I first joined. I was proud of the work we did.

After a string of poor hiring decisions in the C-suite, A&R took a steep decline. A company once focused and celebrated for prioritizing their employees became a stricter, greedy one. Harming the morale of employees with cold policies and unfair terminations is to blame for the companys steep decline in revenue and productivity.
