Pros
Management implements new technology and keeps up with the latest trends in the industry. Sales Reps have a lot of freedom, essentially operating as an independent contractor. Production team can handle just about anything you throw at them and on condensed timelines.
Cons
Lots of half measures to solve issues. Not sure who is really in charge of Sales and Sales support. Sales team is handcuffed by an inefficient quoting and estimating process. Incredibly difficult to get estimates through the system and back to your customers.
