Not a lot to speak of beyond the great people who keep this place running.
Cons
I was brought in last year and after 3 months, was suddenly laid-off along with 5 other recent-hires. This came as a total shock that left many of us stunned, angry and unemployed. The man-child who runs this place is a spoiled brat with no clue as to how to run a business. Him, along with his beta-male VP’s, have created an insular boys club of like-minded idiots that are running the company into the ground. They apparently have no one watching expenditures which is a great way to ensure financial instability. There are so many talented, dedicated people spinning their wheels keeping this place afloat while upper management continues to fail. So grateful I don’t work there anymore.
