Pros

- Central location within Washington D.C. - Acceptable benefits - Tuition reimbursement for a single IT Certification.

Cons

- First time endeavor into government contracting without a clear and concise business model for success. - Zero company culture -Inexperienced, non-competent, inferior management/zero experience working with a Government Client. -Favoritism, knee jerk hiring practices and laterals. Within my short tenure I observed and experienced text book examples of a hostile work environment exasperated by a Manager and her culture of blind-eye acceptance and ignorance. - Attrition level for transitioning staff (fired/quit) was appalling.
