Pros
While I was there over 9 years, the other employees were great, it was like a family, many long standing staff members. The medical benefits were one of the best parts of the job.
Cons
In 2017 a new CEO took over with big visions for change that initially excited staff. Turned out that change meant layoffs for over half of the 60 employees and outsourcing to friends of the newly hired "c" suite. Leadership lies to staff to make them feel comfortable while searching for ways to outsource their jobs. The new changes means a whole shift in the mission and vision of the organization that includes ignoring and forgetting about many physicians who spent time and effort to grow the association.
