      Caring, compassionate group of co-workers. Compensation was fair, great benefits, non-stuffy atmosphere.

      While I feel like they "listened" and said the right words in response, I didn't usually feel HEARD. Perhaps I wasn't talking to the right supervisor -

      Pros

      Wonderful, mission driven colleagues who really love what they do. Amazing collaboration with the community health centers. Generous PTO, benefits, and compensation.

      Cons

      The workload can be intense. We are a small team so most admin/leadership are wearing multiple hats.
