Pros

The old staff and management team. Was a fantastic place to work prior new CEO and senior management team who are all soulless brutes with no repeat for any staff below management level. Nice offices

Cons

CEO is ruining a first class company. Taken on a role that is too much for him and he has no hesitation to bin off anyone he purely doesn’t like. Irrelevant of their experience or prior success. More interested in lining his own pocket and destroying a great company. These very recent reviews are clearly fictitious to compensate the bad. Trust me. It’s am terrible place to work with low morale and staff are scared all the time. James Routh (CEO) is a vicious heartless man and so are his management team. Don’t work there if you have any self respect!

Pros

Great place to gain experience as a graduate, suitable for people who would like to take on responsibility Friendly people Interesting product line

Cons

Knowledge transfer is completely peer-to-peer, any documentation is either obsolete or non-existent. Pay below average, does not reflect responsibility Abysmal management communication, and questionable business decisions. This management style makes the engineers non-productive.
