Management encourages creativity and innovation, making it a great environment to develop new skills. The opportunities for professional growth are one of my favorite things. If you show initiative and are truly a hard worker they recognize that & reward you.

      Being in a social media role it is easy to get caught up in work after hours. It is important to remember it is okay to log off even though social media is a constant.
