Pros
The students are diverse, mature, and eager to learn. I loved teaching them.
Cons
The entire school is a thin crust of "full-time" instructors (and lots of fancy administrators too) atop a pyramid of underpaid, overworked, revolving-door adjuncts. No benefits whatsoever. The already meager pay is by contact hour only, so time in grading, prep, and meeting with students is not compensated. No matter how much you love to teach, don't fall for the adjunct trap, it's not a good job!
