      Bonuses and nice jumpstart for junior developers

      Cons

      HR - head of HR and 90% of the hr team only care about C levels opinion and rely on them only in order to not spoil relationship with them. Injustice and pure chaos because of this. No one cares almost about employees. C level - Nihat Shenyuva , Taleh Tahirli, Nabi Aliyev are one the worst persons you can ever meet. They will exploit you and spit it out. No transparency only fingerpointing. Because of these people employees leave the company.

      Pros

      Great place to grow professionally with supportive teammates and a collaborative culture. Management is approachable, and there’s a strong focus on learning and ownership. Work is challenging in a good way, and contributions are genuinely valued. Flexible work environment and fair processes make day-to-day work smooth.

      Cons

      Like any fast-growing company, things can move quickly, which may feel intense at times. Some processes are still evolving, but improvements are ongoing.
