It was an absolute pleasure and honor to be part of Donavan Lane’s team at ABC Computers. In my 20+ year career, I have never met a business leader with more faith in his employees or zeal for what he does. Donavan was also extremely generous with positive feedback. The confidence he placed in me and my colleagues was both immeasurable and inspiring. I also loved the culture. You won't meet a nicer group of co-worker or happier customers. The company offers a great work/life balance and family-oriented environment.
Cons
I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience working at ABC Computers. That said, it’s a smaller company (40 employees) headquartered in a rural town. If you’re accustomed to working for fast-paced, big-city organization with a lot of structure and resources, ABC Computers may not be for you. ABC is best suited for self-motivated people who are willing to wear multiple hats and take initiative.
