They have absolutely no way for you to communicate with them other than emails that take them days or weeks to respond to. If there’s an urgent issue with a legal file, you’ve been asked to deliver it can take forever to get a response. They can call you, but you can’t call them, the phone number on the cover sheets they give you is not in Service. They tell you you can reject jobs if you don’t want them but when I’ve rejected jobs, they get assigned to me anyway and when I complain, they tell me to be careful not to accept jobs I don’t want. And there’s no way to communicate when you get an email usually you can’t respond to the email and if you do, it’ll take days or weeks for a response. But they expect you to do everything within 24 or 48 hours.
