Not great - HR Assistant ABC Professional Tree Services Employee Review

I worked as a contract HR Assistant at ABC Professional Tree Services for a short time. While a few team members were willing to help, overall, I didn’t feel supported in the role. As someone new to the company, I felt like I wasn’t allowed room to learn or make mistakes. Whenever I asked questions, it often seemed like I was inconveniencing others. The work environment was also tense at times. I observed frequent shouting between coworkers when issues came up, which created a stressful and uncomfortable atmosphere. I’m not sure if that’s the regular dynamic, but it didn’t feel healthy or professional. Overall, my experience there was disappointing.
