Deceptive, Exploitative, Discriminatory, Unprofessional, - Admissions Representative ABCO Technology Employee Review

The only decent review about this company has been written by their CEO. Arif the owner used the bait and stitch when he hired me and would not even honor the terms of our agreement as written in my offer letter and benefits that were discussed during the interview process where never provided. I was later told by other employees that he had done the same thing to them and he has never provided health benefits for employees, so he lied to me in our interview. I was kept separate from the sales team for the first few weeks, I was told that it was just part of my training and then he would criticize the other Reps, which I found disturbing. Later I learned that him keeping me isolated was not as benign as he wanted me to believe but instead a divisive strategy meant to intimidate and create a feeling of uncertainly for the other Reps that manifested into a lot hostility and resentment in work place. I witnessed racism and discrimination of an individual with special needs. When I expressed that what they were doing was illegal, I was told that it would be hard to prove discrimination because he had someone with special on his staff. They are highly unethical and abusive. The other Reps quit. Due to my consciences work many students were able to enroll. After all I had done, even hanging in there when I had been lied to, Arif called me a name during a conversation and I wasn't taking anymore. Horrible people and they are not to be trusted.
