      Pros

      The people who are not upper management are the most kind, thoughtful, hard working individuals I have had the opportunity to meet during my time there. In an industry that has a history of mistreating their employees, it was a breath of fresh air what Craig Riebe and the former executive team had built.

      Cons

      Since January 2025, when JT Daniels became the new CEO, there have been mass layoffs, The company has completely changed. The business used to be employee and client oriented. Now its just a means to please a foreign parent company who only cares about revenue.

      Pros

      Great work-life balance. Filled with genuine and hard working people which creates a motivating environment without the unnecessary stress. Additionally, has so much room for growth. Managers are willing and able to help you reach that next step. Local upper management is transparent, will tell you exactly how it is, why it is, and what’s to come.

      Cons

      Not really a con since it’s how most businesses operate… but owners are a private equity firm mainly focused on revenue generation.
