      Learn old technologies in advance

      Cons

      They won't be allowed to learn new technologies While leaving the company, they won't give last month's salary to the employee. They will hold/significantly delay the salary

      Pros

      More or less zero pros, than some learning part.

      Cons

      No growth, ranned by CEO's and his chelas (stupid followers). No proper infrastructure. I couldn't even get back my PF, as they always give one or other excuse. Overall I feel not a good company as an employee, however, exceptional for CEO, CTO and other higher level managers as they enjoy more benefits.
