      Pros

      AC is good company to work for. The company offer remote working which is good. Due this work/life balance is in balance. The company has an amazing company culture. The members of the teams are very supportive and helpful. The management is approachable.

      Cons

      Not really. More training and incentive trips are always welcome.

      Thank you for taking the time to post this amazing review - really appreciate the feedback and in particular where we can continue to improve and make the working environment an even better place to be. I love your comment about the support you receive from your teammates as this is something that I can see across the business and I believe it says a great deal about the type of people we have in the team and their characteristics and the way in which we have recruited people post COVID. More training is noted and is certainly on the agenda as you will be aware we have recently promoted internally a new Training and Office Manager and as this role evolves so more and more training will begin to be set up and offered to enable you to build a wider skill set. Thank you for being part of the team and a key part of our ongoing success.

      Thank you for taking the time to post your review of your time at AC. Whilst I am disappointed by the low score and lack of pros highlighted we have worked hard for a long time to achieve our aim of becoming the travel company that people want to work with and work for and this has indeed led to busy seasons and high pressure moments when our travel numbers are at their highest. During the COVID period we were able to review the overall strategy of the business and set up and have taken measure to address these areas as much as possible, Due to the nature of the travel industry it will never be completely eradicated but I believe we are now set up in a far better way to react and work. Your time with the business was during an incredibly busy period of growth and I would like to thank you for all that you did for the business whilst you were with us and wish you the best of luck for your future career.
